The 21 Institute

To deliver a consistent and best-in-class product across all of our online gaming broadcasts, we have created the 21 Institute to train our employees to perform to the exacting standards we have set for our studios. The core of the curriculum is conducted in our training studio, which is equipped with all of the equipment and game management software dealers and floor managers would see in a real Live Casino environment.

In addition to practicing the mechanics of dealing the various games, trainees are familiarized with the nuances of being “on camera” and interacting with customers via a game management video monitor. All Studio 21 staff must meet the rigorous performance standards mandated by the 21 Institute before being permitted to “perform” live in front of customers.
